I spent more than 10 years in property management before focusing on sales, managing residential, industrial and retail properties for Edmonton landlords including Boardwalk, Avenue Living Communities and Skyline Group of Companies. That background means I look at every property the way an owner and an investor would: the rents, the expenses, the condition of the building and its long-term value.
